We worked with Janet and she was wonderful. She worked with me until I found what I liked. She was friendly and helpful! The delivery / install was just as amazing. They took their time and were very respectful about the mud coming in and kept it clean. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Independent's installation team. They have completed 3 projects in our home over the past couple years. The installation team is courteous and considerate of your home, work hard and tirelessly ripping out every remnant of old carpet before laying the new, and thoroughly clean up after. You can tell they take pride in their work and do not cut corners. I have been so impressed every time!

I recently visited IFC in Fort Gratiot and was extremely impressed by the new owner and his vision and approach! The building is being cleaned up and simplified, and renovated spaces will allow for a more personal shopping experience. HIGHLY recommend you stop in for your flooring project!!

We had a carpet selected from their showroom turned into an area rug for our living room and it turned out great. They seamed the edges and installed a nonslip material on the bottom side. I will buy here again.
